                                  Dear Prime Minister

 

Dear Prime Minister,

To honour Her Majesty and exalt her reign to conclude with an elected monarchy I am come to serve as the true heir and successor to the throne as one whom claims by divine right to have been chosen and appointed by Almighty God.

Prime Minister and the Lord Chancellor, I address you both openly and respectfully to give me a clear reply to this position, in which I find myself both accountable to the only wise God to whom I worship and wish to obey, and to the rule of law which I also wish to honour which are in your guardianship.

For any individual subject of the realm to make such a profound claim requires a constitutional defence against any manner of occupation seeking to ascend to the nations highest representative Singularity, the Sovereign. Also a firm constitutional examination of such a daring gesture, needs to be addressed for its own sake, that Parliament’s will and integrity may neither be brought to shame by default, should it conclude that I am whom I claim to be, although the very criteria for a constitutional elected monarchy are I believe already in place adopted through the reform of the Second Chamber.

I bring forth three possible positions for a consultative constitutional examination which combines my claim to be the true heir and successor, as chosen by Almighty God, and Parliament’s own duty on behalf of the nation’s welfare to secure ascendancy from a hereditary monarchy to an elected monarchy.

Firstly, by instituting proceedings to reform the highest institution in the land, the House of Lords, from its historical power base of a hereditary nature to one largely and by principle to be based upon election by accomplished merit, at best places an embarrassment upon the Sovereign’s position, not knowing if the only and highest symbolic representation of the nation’s, ( and Her other Realms and Territories Queen, Head of the Commonwealth ,) aspirations are by stealth or by default to become the will of Parliament for reform from an hereditary monarchy to one as the House of Lord’s, ( its closest relative ) to an elected monarchy. At worst, by default deny the honourable and courageous action to adopt would be to have the courage and wisdom to secure the necessary measures by which reform of an elected monarchy may be ascribed, that constitutional protocol at least may be observed, in which such a will of Parliament may then inspire from that constitutional Head, the Monarch, to invite the necessary parameters in which both the composition and the function of the Second Chamber may reassert themselves, which at present has left everyone in complete disarray.

By firstly, seeking openly and honestly, and responsibly to address reform of the monarchy itself, the Head of State is neither placed under duress through embarrassment or at worse its very position undermined constitutionally by seeing firstly its closest relative undergo constitutional reform.

Secondly, the Sovereign, constitutionally allies itself with an umbilical thread to the Church of England as its Supreme Governor, and also as ‘’Defender of the Faith.’’

In so doing it would be incumbent not to acknowledge the basic theological practise by which the Church exercises its beliefs and justifies its very existence, through the greatest Christian doctrine of all, justification by faith. From this I would discern a divine thread which links the will of God, through his grace to be received by faith upon any obedient soul to whom the Almighty confers the particular calling of the divine right of Kingship. A constitutional opening is therefore built into the fabric of the afforded title of the Sovereign, through the Royal Titles Act of 1953 by Parliament:

‘’ Elizabeth II by the Grace of God…Defender of the Faith.’’

The term the ‘’Grace of God’’ may well apply itself as Parliament petitioning on behalf of the Sovereign’s subjects for God to confer his blessing of grace upon the Sovereign’s reign as both desirable as moving from humanity upwards towards the Almighty. But to capture the supreme meaning of ‘’Grace of God’’ we need to consider by what latitude this would deliver a perspective which honours the meaning of such a phrase as exalting the Almighty in descending from God towards humanity, in expressing divine will.

To achieve the supreme meaning of this with a satisfying completeness, would require that God has shown clearly his hand in divine providence in both appointing such a unique Figure, and to show that stewardship of the necessary graces and wisdom to support such an identity with its ministry and function are all comprehensively made safe and secure. In other words Almighty God must make it absolutely clear that he has chosen and appointed one particular individual to become the future Sovereign as elect of divine grace to afford the divine right of Kingship,acknowledged by the Recipient in faith.

Furthermore I will submit by reason that this true succession is not dependant upon the death of the present Sovereign, far from this, as part of the integrity of this succession is to herald in completely new criteria which requires a living monarch to conclude its reign, from a Succession, its beginning to an Ascension its conclusion, to symbolically reflect the Ascension of Christ himself into heaven at the conclusion to his life and ministry.

Also the Trinitarian Figure that I claim to be, includes that of being the true Archbishop of Canterbury and the Pope. In brief, its arguments presented further in this letter, that the title of ‘’Defender of the Faith’’ has a profound and paradoxical meaning which will in effect justify the Unification with Rome of the Church of England, from whence it came, to its rightful Custodian, but with a very severe embrace, to convert Roman Catholicism to act with the will of a Protestant mind.

Therefore I am also elect of the Almighty to consummate the Christian Faith and draw together the entire Fold to prepare for Christ’s Coming again in fullest majesty.

And thus I come to the third reason and justification to such a claim, proceeding from the second. In the confines of this letter, I would outline briefly their chronology which span thirty and more years, something of their beginning and of their ending. I will also furnish a more complete presentation to the Bishop of Chelmsford in whose diocese I reside.

It was after some years as an Anglican communicant, in my early manhood that I acknowledged a leading to the priesthood, a missionary and voluntary service overseas, which combined resulted in a clear conviction that I was to remain in England and that my calling would in some way include all these vocations to some degree or other.

At length the visitation of the Holy Spirit came upon me in a beautiful Gloucestershire farmhouse when the Almighty spoke to me in an audible voice in the English tongue.

‘’I will supply all your needs, complete the work which I had begun.’’

A year later having contemplated what all this meant, on 1 April 1972, I acknowledged that this calling would begin with the disclosure to personally revise the Book of Common Prayer, through the providential sign in the Daily Telegraph. There followed thirty years of quite dedication , prayer and sacrifice, in which I came to a full understanding of what that divine visitation meant, of which I published as fully as I was able on Good Friday 2002, on my website http://www.reformation2.com/.

On Easter Saturday, I acknowledged the death of the Queen Mother, and subsequently my walk along the embankment, culminating at the doorjamb to the public point of entry to Westminster Hall, at the very moment that the Vigil to the lying in state of the Queen Mother, as the exacting endorsement by Almighty God upon my ministry and my identity as published in my website on Good Friday 2002. All these accounts and many other are written in various publications.

I base my claims as proceeding from a vocation to the Anglican priesthood, alike to any individual whom acknowledges an inward conviction of such a vocation, as both invited by God and acted upon in obedience. As unique in its specification to personally revise the Book of Common Prayer, acknowledged at the beginning of my vocation.

The substance of the message that I impart, that is my ministry, binds itself as the embodiment of the message itself. I come in the same manner as the Lord Jesus Christ, whom spake not about the Light of the world, the Good Shepherd, but its embodiment.

In the same likeness to Christ my Saviour, ( as presented in the ‘’Graphics’’) I come to firstly teach and forth tell, the ministry of a priest and prophet, of what John Wesley described as ‘’ scriptural holiness.’’ The teaching carries fundamental new theology which relates to God’s Handiwork, begun at the Enlightenment, and of our Relationship with him via the Reformation . ref; page 16 The Conversion of Western Civilization…

God’s Handiwork is distilled symbolically into the figure of the Sovereign.

God’s Relationship with humanity is distilled symbolically into the figures of the Archbishop of Canterbury and the Pope.

The simple theological perspective is based upon this revelation.

In the Eden of Genesis, God created its entire beauty and environment, his Handiwork.

Upon Adam he both created and endowed him with the gift of comprehension, the ability to sustain that chosen environment. The call to Duty, is the Original basis of the Relationship between God and humanity, BEFORE THE FALL.

After The Fall, Christ comes into the world to justify mankind’s redemption.

The loss of the gift of comprehension, creates religion, which in truth is the disorientation of the ability to sustain the environment, and consequently the breach in the Relationship with the Almighty, and subsequently also his Identity.

In the Enlightenment, the Almighty reinstates his Handiwork.

In the Reformation, the Almighty reinstates his Relationship.

Because of Original Sin, Christ comes into the world to justify that broken relationship.

In the Eden of Genesis, Adam is the Embodiment of its first Custodian.

In Western Civilization, The Trinitarian Figure of the Archbishop of Canterbury, the Pope and the Monarch, are the reinstated Embodiment of the first Custodian.

In that Christ cam to be both Priest, Prophet and King, the Embodiment of his ministry as Saviour of all mankind.

In the compatible likeness to Christ, the Trinitarian Figure that I claim is the Embodiment to my ministry.



The constitutional position of the hereditary Monarchy.

The monarch by nature is a position of immense symbolism, activated by Parliament to secure its constitutional embodiment implemented through duty and privilege. It inherits a position of status by virtue of its hereditary nature, without having to achieve any personal merits on the same latitude as any citizen, whom achieves recognition through virtue of their own ability resplendent in any walk of life.

The Sovereign is attributed to this lofty position of representing the nations aspirations by its vocational nature based upon symbolism, made lawful and constitutionally by an Act of Parliament, but nevertheless implemented upon the nations behalf with tremendous dedication, loyalty and duty, especially by the great example of the present Sovereign and the Royal Family.

The House of Lords occupies a very similar position, in that many of its members inherited their position by virtue of birth and not of personal achievement, though again many contributed with great responsibility duty and a collective wisdom admired by all.

The Second Chamber also offers to the nation a position of symbolic reference in which the highest aspirations of a nations collective consciousness are brought to dynamic use.

In this sense it is on route to a body which is truly representative of a nations aspirations.

The impediment lies with the desire to reform the Second Chamber without real thought as to how this is going to effect the constitutional position of the monarchy. The position which this has precipitated I believe is in this wise. The hereditary nature of the monarchy has its power base firmly rooted in the people, subjects of the Crown, whom through valour and endeavour achieve positions of merit, recognised by society itself and also through the Honours List appointed positions of recognition on behalf of the nation via the Sovereign. The enigma is that the highest position of a nations embodiment has escaped this very simple principle of representation by merit. This is rather like an athlete pursuing the finishing tape which is withdrawn at the last minute, leaving total dismay.

But the position of the reform of the House of Lords is much more serious. The Second Chamber occupies the highest position of law reform in the land as well as its constitutional position as the highest collective institution on matters of Parliamentary reform at the behest of the House of Commons. Its historical power base as we all know was centred upon the hereditary system, in which both society and Parliament are in recognition as needing reform. The principle at the heart of this reform, putting all matters of political expediency to one side, has an honourably and profound purpose, to enable a liberal democratic society to become more fully open and accountable. But the resolve to adopt these new reforms has completely overlooked the most profound institution in the land which occupies a position on grounds purely of a hereditary nature and not on merit.

The will of the government on behalf of the electorate is rightly fused to secure the future composition of the Second Chamber on the basis of representation by merit, in its collective expression as the highest institution in the land. Its service rendered has a constitutional power base of exacting proportions which when fully implemented has a profound stature and integrity based upon legislation by accomplished representation.

The principle of legislation by elected representation is codified in these new proposals to reform the Second Chamber, but in so doing by default it has squeezed the highest embodiment of the nation’s representative singularity which is the Sovereign itself. This I would see as a serious impediment upon the entire integrity of the exercise to reform the Second Chamber, in which its satisfying completeness must take the form as expressed in its singularity of vision that is in the figure of the Monarch itself as the accomplished result of an elected patronage. The Head of State is now constitutionally in a position of acute embarrassment as the only position in the land which is not institutionally elected.

This undermines the entire position of the Sovereign as Head of State on a constitutional basis because its closest relative the House of Lords has in effect ( by default on the part of the Executive,) now approaches its power base on the basis of representation by election. The constitution, although an unwritten one, is nevertheless made apparent by the directional indication of the presiding government in its legislative reforms. By attempting to reform the highest chamber in the land it has in effect by default undermined constitutionally, the highest embodiment in the land, the Sovereign itself. To secure constitutionally, the integrity and lawfulness of all three constituencies, that is, firstly the intent of the Executive, the reform of the Second Chamber and the constitutional Head of State the Monarch, must take the form in the resolve to ;

firstly, reform the hereditary monarchy to one of an elected monarchy.



The constitutional protocol to adopt, no matter how difficult or daring, is to have the courage to address the reform of the monarchy itself. The thinking necessary will then inspire the appropriate steps of reform which draws up the new constitutional framework, in which the highest position in the land ‘’decrees’’ ( in the nature of a monarch ,) the proposals of reform in both the monarch and the Second Chamber. To reform the latter, only places the Sovereign gazing up at the reforms which look down upon its own position, which becomes at best an acute sense of embarrassment or at its most serious, a position of constitutional insecurity.

Reformation of the monarchy upon an elected basis will both procure and inspire both the function and the composition of the Second Chamber to which its satisfactory conclusion has thus far escaped the resolve of these Parliamentary initiatives. The criteria of an elected Monarchy is the proposal by which I present myself to address its fullest integrity.



The constitutional position of an elected Monarchy.



The Royal Titles Act of 1953 confers upon the Sovereign, by Parliament this description of the reigning monarch;

‘ Elizabeth II by the Grace of God of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and Her other Realms and Territories Queen, Head of the Commonwealth, Defender of the Faith.’

Let us say this description of the Sovereign has a definition which outlines its identity and its function.

Its identity.

Of its divine nature before God; ‘Elizabeth II by the Grace of God…’

Its function.

Of its mortality before the people; ‘…of the United Kingdom…., Defender of the Faith.’

Let us say that in its Identity it beseeches God’s blessing to rest secure upon the Sovereign, and in its Function it represents the aspirations of both State, ( …of the United Kingdom...

Northern Ireland, Realms, Commonwealth. ) and of the Church, (…Defender of the Faith,)



In a hereditary monarchy God’s Grace is beseeched, asked for, on behalf of the nation.

In a elected monarchy God’s grace is discerned upon any individual chosen by God.

In a hereditary monarchy the latitude of its functions are conferred upon the Sovereign.

In a elected monarchy the presiding ‘Applicant ‘ must show the merits which he or she brings to both sustain that latitude and progress it further to the benefit of its peoples.

From this I would gather three chief requirements.

1.Election by divine grace, in which the ‘Applicant ‘ must show a clear calling from God which leads to a personal conviction to this sovereign position, as a call to Obedience.

2. Secondly, the tangible assets that is brought forth with this application to Duty, which present themselves in both matters of Church and State, which are both coherent and comprehensive with a satisfying completeness.

3.Thirdly, to show clearly how a new constitutionally elected monarch can deliver a clear and coherent translation from the past age of deference to our present age of a liberal democracy which captures a nation’s past legacy and employs them to inspire the future and thus sustain their hereditary continuity.



1 Election by divine grace.

Early in 1972, after much involvement in the Anglican Church I acknowledged a calling from Almighty God to personally revise the Book of Common Prayer.

The details of my personal accounts which led to this conviction are presented in a brief autobiography. Their findings relating to how the Prayer Book can be kept as it is and yet be truly revised and ‘’devolved’’ are presented in various writings and my other website.

My personal calling in truth is a calling to priesthood, or it ‘’proceeds’’ from a priestly calling which carried a disclosure and revelation after thirty and more years resulting in the conclusion of my complete Identity as the true heir and successor to the Throne.

The disclosure of such a calling was made open and accessible to the whole world on my website http://www.reformation2.com/ on Good Friday 2002. Its endorsement was made by Almighty God in the providential and divine nature of the death of the Queen Mother on Easter Saturday 2002. A summary of which I sent to Buckingham Palace on June 12, 2002

and a fuller letter on June 23, 2002, of which I sent the latter a copy to the Prime Minister.

A fuller forty page account is available which ties up these events with my original calling thirty years ago, in which it will be discerned that the death of the Queen Mother is the sign in providence, initiated by Almighty God to endorse my calling, which has the equal severity as that of the death of the Sovereign itself which precipitates the reign of the Heir.

In other words on Easter Saturday 2002, in God’s sight, I am become the true Sovereign.

In a hereditary monarchy, the death of the Sovereign signals the continuity for the Heir to become monarch, but now that God is signalling so to speak for the time to change from a constitutional hereditary monarchy to an elected monarchy, the death of the Queen Mother in its acute timing is the signal in providence by Almighty God to substantiate election by divine rule.

Examine very closely I beseech of you both, the preciseness of the dates involved, when the article in the Daily Telegraph of Saturday the 1 April 1972, the date in which I first acknowledged my calling, to Saturday the 30 March 2002, the death of the Queen Mother which endorses my calling exactly 30 years to the day. This should be discerned as God speaking in one moment, but across time to fully reveal his divine purposes.

In simple terms, Prime Minister and Lord Chancellor, I write to you both directly and openly, and also respectfully, that I base my claim upon a call to obedience in which to present my case upon the essential criteria required to examine upon a constitutional level that I am firstly chosen by divine grace, elect and made safe for all to examine, openly.



2 The cal to Duty in the continuity to the welfare of the Church and State.

The welfare of the Anglican Church as pertains its Liturgy.

Since Henry VIII separated from Rome, having firstly gained the distinguished title of Fidei Defensor, ‘’Defender of the Faith’’ by Pope Leo X , the Christian church in Britain effectively became Protestant in the unique identity and mould of the Church of England. The vistas which gave Anglicanism its unique vision of the Protestant Faith rested upon its incomparable Liturgy made magnificent by the laudatory editorial work of the Latin rubrics from Roman Catholicism to the profound beauty of the Book of Common Prayer.

It is also reasonably clear, that the effect of this wonderful Prayer Book, together with the King James Authorised Version, inspired of William Tyndale, gave substance to the meaning of the Protestant Faith, and its ordered development in the realisation of the emergence of the Denominations, and of Christendom’s most articulate literary work the Hymn Book. In this period of development, one word may describe best its legacy, which left a tangible and discernable commentary upon the entire age of both Church and State before God and its people in a constant and beneficial time of Deference.

Deference characterised the entire period from Elizabeth I to our present Elizabeth II, in which it is clear that deference is longer the presiding virtue. Society and the thinking behind people’s aspirations take the form of democratic involvement which enables every person potentially to have access to every conceivable position in society, from every conceivable expression of personal life styles. All these aspirations are in the process of acquisition especially in the reforms of the House of Lords, but not the monarchy.

In my findings, ( detailed elsewhere in my writings ) the Prayer Book can undergo simple reform and revision, not by a single book but by the expediency of a devolved liturgy which gives ultimate participation by all the congregation, in becoming an indigenous liturgy, which given into the hands of the communicants, re-creates the spirit of deference which would otherwise become anachronistic and patronising if the Prayer Book tradition is continued. Responsibility for the very nature of the Anglican Church is sustained in a manner which befits the social and philosophical fabric of contemporary society. Anglicanism is ‘’ modernised’’ and reformed in a very simple way, by devolving the Liturgy from a ‘’ fixed ‘’ single prayer book, to one which proceeds and inspires the worshipper to advance their own liturgy and thereby create deference from the bosom of the believer at its most profound point of the retention of religious consciousness.

The manner in which I advocate will also retain the true traditions of Anglicanism inspired of the Book of Common Prayer, which can now be viewed in the same manner as an athlete whom having won the gold medal now becomes a great ‘’Tutor.’’ Its integrity rests in its capacity to reinstate the Hymn Book. ref; Publications.



The welfare of the Anglican Church as pertains its unification to Rome.

The creation of the Church of England had many tangents which are rooted in Roman Catholicism, its Liturgy, theology and authority. All these it can be said at the Reformation became ‘’devolved.’’ Devolved in a discerning sense in which the Liturgy became coherent to the worshipper by being translated from Latin rubrics into memorable English by the genius of Archbishop Thomas Cranmer’s fine Collects and its services in both language and custom, which filtered their way into everyday life in a manner in which people could comprehend.

The Prayer Book in truth devolved the entire concept of papal authority into its acceptable face in the form of this new Liturgy, which made theology and authority acceptable in a very tangible and down to earth way, cutting a swathe across the entire fabric of society from the humble folk in the land to the highest institutions of both Church and State.

In this period of time, God has effectively created the true nature of what it means to be Protestant, which equates with the divine nature of Christ in a compatible likeness. The divine nature of Christ, taught us whom God is in its hidden but revealed divine nature.

That whilst Christ was alive as a mortal human being, it concealed his divinity.

The period of time since Henry VIII, God is effectively revealing the divine nature of the Christian Church, which expressed itself primarily and initially in the Church of England. Now that this period of revelation is over, the nature of the Church is now completed, its mortality in Roman Catholicism and its divine status in the Protestant Faith.

Here is the profound understanding to be discerned, which will engage the Protestant Faith with its unification with Rome. Before the Reformation, Rome held the just authority of the Christian Church in the apostolic patronage conferred upon St. Peter by Christ himself, this gives to Rome its figurehead in the continuity of its Papacy. Rome held the truths of the Christian Faith in an anachronistic manner, primarily by an autocratic authority exercised through dogma and artefacts of religious icons. Rome acted upon these ‘’fixed’’ truths, which told people something about God.

The Holy Spirit had not yet exercised a revealing of the truths of the Faith, which came and was made comprehensible by the implementation of the Bible and Prayer Book into English, in which this implementation created a real understanding of God based upon a real relationship with God.

Now that this era is past, in which the Holy Spirit has concluded this revealing, which created the Protestant Faith, in God’s sight, the Protestant Faith is now made mortal.



The mortality of Rome and the mortality of Protestantism.

To secure the unification with Rome, and consequently the unity of the entire Christian Church, it is vital to grasp what is to be understood by the workings of God’s grace in which we can discern the essential difference between what is meant by the mortality of Rome and the mortality of Protestantism.

A simple analogy will help to create this understanding. Imagine two people stood in a conversation. In their physic they uphold each other’s mortality. The moment one person begins to speak, that conversation creates a communication, which reveals their innermost thoughts and intentions, their ‘divine’ nature in a manner of speaking.

The mortality of Rome is rather like St. Peter, appointed by Christ to the figurehead of the Christian Church. St. Peter through Rome gazes upon Christ through the centuries via the Scriptures. This is like the two persons stood in a conversation. They are looking at each other’s physic. The true stature of Rome looks at the ‘fixed’ truths of scripture, in the same manner as looking at the ‘fixed’ or physic of a person in a conversation.

But the conversation from Almighty God to the appointed figurehead upon Rome begins at the Reformation and concludes at the start of the reign of Elizabeth II, in which the Holy Spirit has concluded a revelation which enables the Christian Church for the first time to experience a real relationship with God, when before it was about God.

Whilst the conversation is in progress so to speak, the Protestant Faith is also in existence, becoming the divine nature of the Christian Faith. Now that the Holy Spirit has concluded his divine conversation, so the Protestant Faith is no longer in existence in God’s sight. The Protestant faith has now become mortal in the likeness of Rome. Once the conversation has ended, that communication is then drafted into the other person, the Church via Rome, and now becomes the ‘fixed’ truths upon which Rome must gaze.

In other words, the traditions which proceeded from that divine conversation of the Holy Spirit creating the Protestant Faith, which have now ended, now carries the divine authority from God to convert Roman Catholicism to act in the light of that conversation. Therefore the Church of England must recognise that its traditions is the authority which it brings to convert Rome to act with the will of a Protestant mind and bring about the unification of the entire Fold. All the Denominations must also recognise that they are part of that divine conversation which began at the Reformation and is now ENDED.

Rome is the forth telling of Biblical authority, the Reformation is the realisation of Biblical authority and the Unification with Rome is the implementation of Biblical authority. Ref. The welfare of the Anglican Church as pertains the authority of Scripture.

The welfare of the Anglican Church as pertains its theology and pastoral care.

eg, the ordination of women, on divorce, gay relationships.

The entire legacy of the Church of England, bestrides the legacy of the nation’s secular aspirations. The basis of those achievements are outlined under ‘’ The welfare of the nation ‘’ How it effected its traditional theology and pastoral care, including matters as above are to be understood in this wise.

When the Almighty reinstated the chief criteria of the Eden of Genesis, creating the entire fabric of Western Civilization, ( which encompasses the entire perspective of this letter, http://www.dearpm.com/ and of http://www.reformation2.com/) in the process of that course of action, in which all of the world’s greatest achievements are to be discerned, especially in the arts. It is in this period of human history since the Renaissance, that unmatched achievements reached their zenith in its singularity of human aspirations found in all the arts.

For example, in music, no one before nor since has composed, or painted, or written to the profound power and beauty such as exemplified by composers, artist and writers such as;

In music, Bach, Mozart, Beethoven, etc.

In painting, Rembrandt, Watteau, Van Gogh, etc.

In literature, Shakespeare, Milton, Pope, etc.

What the Almighty was accomplishing was the restoration of the gift of comprehension, lost after the Fall, firstly given to Adam its chief Custodian to maintain the beauty of the environment which God first created in the Eden of Genesis. THIS IS THE REASON WHY WESTERN CIVILIZATION WAS SO ACCOMPLISHED SINCE THE REFORMATION AND THE ENLIGHTENMENT. ( ref: the welfare of the nation.)

In raising the level of human aspiration to an exalted status in the secular world to reinstate his HANDIWORK, ( ref: welfare of the nation.) these individual achievements reached their zenith in the arts, and thus in a manner of speaking took the ‘’ starring’’ role in the list of human aspirations, alongside their institutional accomplishments.

Alongside the high level of human aspirations achieved, God also reinstated the RELATIONSHIP, WITHIN HIS HANDIWORK, via the Christian Church. The institutional aspirations are to be found in the development of the Denominations and of its ‘’starring’’ role in the Church of England. This ‘’starring’’ role matched the individual accomplishments in the secular world such as through the arts. The theology which inspired the ‘’starring’’ role in the Church so to speak came primarily from the severe doctrine and theology of the Book of Common Prayer, and off course the Bible itself. This

theological framework distilled itself into the church’s pastoral care and welfare in which that institutional ‘’starring’’ role expressed itself in its individual ‘’starring’’ role, in the

form of how people were to conduct their personal lives and relationships, based upon that source of inspiration and guidance, ie, the Bible itself and the Book of Common Prayer. This was the ‘’template’’ of how God would like us to live at the time that he was conducting this great and unique course of action, in which the Holy Spirit was as it were placing his arms around the Christian Church, revealing how best to live in the light of true Biblical teaching. Thus in this era, matters of personal relationships received their ‘’starring’’ role status in family life and marriages which abhorred divorce, and society which abhorred gay relationships etc. In the Church, women priesthood could not even be conceived let alone tolerated. Now here is the critical understanding to be grasped. In this era, God was always dealing with a FALLEN HUMANITY. Theologically, all of humanity was before God SINFUL, but because God was inspiring humanity to reach unprecedented heights, in both secular and religious domains, the perception that WE NOW HAVE is that in that era human relationships were more moral and socially undivided.

The discernment to be exercised rests upon the understanding that such high moral standards could never be achieved without ‘’direct rule’’ or divine sponsorship, nor the accomplishments in the secular arena of the arts. The evidence is compelling. God has now finished this course of action, as there are no Bach’s nor Beethoven’s, Rembrandt or Van Gogh, Milton or Pope’s among us.

The level playing field that we are now all subscribing to, is a position in which God has founded the ‘’template’’ for all aspects of life in this period of time since the Reformation and the Enlightenment, in which we need to recognise that life styles need to be tolerated as theologically always in the mode of a fallen humanity, but now that those ‘’starring’’ roles have passed, with its divine sponsorship, and ‘’direct rule’’ we may invite Shakespeare’s words;

‘’All the worlds a stage and each must play its part.’’

The ‘’starring’’ role in society are now devolved in which we all need to live in the light of the great example set by those ‘’starring’’ roles, ie, to aspire to the teaching of Holy Scripture, in which it is perfectly right to both tolerate and accept, women ordination, gay habitation and divorce, etc, provided those ‘’starring’’ roles are born in mind.

The severity of the theological fabric once hid in the Bible and especially the Book of Common Prayer, which sustained such severity of life styles, have their counterpoint in a devolved Liturgy, from which deference is recreated to both sustain and reflect this era of liberal life styles and of liberal theology. Here is where the Church of England can reinstate its leadership role in all of Christendom.

The welfare of the Anglican Church as pertains the authority of Scripture.



The authority of Holy Scripture may be perceived in three important ways, which are hid in Scripture itself.

The Old Testament can be viewed as a forth telling of the divine nature and character of whom God is, a proclamation of a promise of mankind’s salvation. The seventeen books of the Old Testament are by the prophets, the largest single body of authors.

The life of the Lord Jesus Christ is the realisation of this forth telling.

The New Testament can be viewed as the implementation of the forth telling and the realisation, especially since Pentecost and the birth of the Christian Church.

Imagine an author setting out to write a novel. The ‘’forth telling’’ is the imagination fixed in the mind, which captures all the characters, the plot and location. The prophesy so to speak is anchored in its creativity. The actual finished text is the ‘’realisation’’ of that ‘’forth telling’’ and the ‘’implementation’’ is the reader experiencing the entire book.

In the Old Testament God is detailing the demands which lay down what is required to deliver mankind’s salvation, in which the ‘’starring’’ role was to be realised in Christ. But on route to Christ so to speak, other ‘’staring’’ roles emerged in their minutiae as to how to live as God would demand to reflect his stature and righteousness, such as the severe laws relating to human conduct, eg; Deuteronomy xxi, 21. The stoning to death of a consistently disobedient child.

In Christ, God has realised the price necessary to meet those collective and total demands for mankind’s salvation, which God himself laid down in the Old Testaments.

In the New Testaments the Holy Spirit through the Gospels and Epistles implements the spirit of those ancient laws so to speak, but in the light of God’s grace through Christ.

This is the ‘’built in’’ authority which Scripture conceals within itself.

The authority of Scripture upon the Christian Church may be viewed in this perspective.

Since Christ appointed St. Peter to be the figurehead of the Christian Church, Rome justifiably claims apostolic succession, in which it is the true custodian of the forth telling of the truths of Scripture, its authority lies within its custodianship authorised by Christ himself but based upon the severe nature of Biblical truths. Thus Roman Catholicism in its spirituality is extremely severe, reflecting the likeness of the Old Testament. Its autocratic head ‘’decrees’’ biblical truths in their ‘’fixed’’ perspective.

In the Reformation, the Holy Spirit ‘’realises’’ biblical truths but held in the light of restoring the lost Relationship once hid in the Eden of Genesis. This reinstated

relationship was reinstated in the midst of his Handiwork, the creation of Western Civilization, in which biblical teaching found their ‘’starring’’ roles in powerful influence of the Authorised Version and the Book of Common Prayer, thus theology and doctrine within the Church of England found their zenith in life styles exemplified in married life and high moral standards. This was only accomplished by ‘’direct rule’’ so to speak by the divine sponsorship of the Holy Spirit, whom created deference since the Elizabethan age.

The period that we are now in, in God’s sight, is the age of implementation in which we need to take from that era a ‘’template’’ in which to assess both theology and practical life styles. The Holy Spirit in the age of deference was enabling humanity to live as best possible from a practical perspective, to create as best a society as humanly possible, against the impossible demands, set out in the Old Testaments, which only God himself could possibly have met in a perfect environment.

That perfect environment was lost in the Eden of Genesis.

Thus the ‘’authority of Scripture’’ needs to be addressed in the light of the Reformation and the Enlightenment, when God is reinstating the chief criteria of the Eden of Genesis.

Traditionalist, look back to this era, as the defining moment in which Christianity reached its accomplished status, when both Christian teaching and the Church exercised powerful influence. Evangelicals also look back to this era with the same degree of definition, but perhaps emphasising the biblical authority and less the Church’s authority. Combined both have scored a miss hit against the liberal thinking prevailing in the Church today, which would help its cause if this clarification is grasped.

The authority of Scripture needs to be perceived in its implementation stage in the light of the Reformation and the Enlightenment. In the same manner that the New Testament was the ‘’implementation’’ of the ‘’realisation’’ in Christ, its ‘’forth telling’’ in the Old Testament, a completeness within Scripture itself.

In the completeness of the Christian Church, there are also three stages. The forth telling age, from Pentecost up until the Reformation, held in the custody of Roman Catholicism.

The realisation is the Reformation itself, ( within the context of the Enlightenment), our age is now to exercise the implementation of that realisation, after its forth telling.

We are now all in the same position as the author of the novel handing over the book realised in its publication, in which we respond in the light of that novel, for example.

The novel so to speak accomplishes its finished status in the light of our experience and pleasure in reading that novel.

The finished publication of the novel, to continue the metaphor, represents the era since Elizabethan times, in which so much of Christian tradition anchors its theology and practise. In this age, when Henry VIII founded the Church of England, God was acting through history, creating history itself, in which the Holy Spirit was imparting ‘’direct rule’’ so to speak, to create as best possible how society and the Church should live, which had their ‘’starring ‘’role status in what we now look back and regard as traditional Christian teaching.

What we need to really grasp is that firstly, theologically, even the accomplished morality of that period, was nonetheless proceeding from a humanity in a Fallen status, because of Original Sin. Because of ‘’direct rule’’ by the Holy Spirit, we now look back upon that era, ( and cast our judgements in that light,) as the focusing of biblical teaching. What we need to grasp is that whilst the Holy Spirit was exercising ‘’direct rule’’ it made it possible for society to reach a peak of moral conduct, especially in matters of personal morality.

Now that the Holy Spirit has effectively concluded ‘’direct rule’’ God as it were is standing to one side having shown the Christian Church and society how to live, we are now in an age of ‘’devolved responsibility’’ in which direct rule in effect is devolved into every individual to live ; IN THE LIGHT OF ‘’DIRECT RULE’’ BUT ALSO IN THE LIGHT OF OUR FALLEN HUMANITY.

This effectively means that traditionalist and evangelicals can now exercise a new lease of life so to speak and accommodate liberal theology, in such matters as the ordination of women priesthood, the annulment of celibacy, of acceptable divorce and co-habitation and gay marriages even.

Because that ‘’starring’’ role is now devolved in which all of humanity can live in the light of the knowledge that we are all, and always were in a Fallen state of grace, in which provided we live faithful diligent lives, honouring a code of conduct which is amicable and certainly loyal and not promiscuous, in which ever expression of devotions we find ourselves morally linked.

Much of the arguments which beset the Church of England can find a theological fabric in which to realign our practical, doctrinal and theological differences, which have their thinking rooted in this era of deference since the very creation of the Church of England, which paradoxically will now furnish all the necessary criteria for its unification with Rome having born its own creation in its separation.

The welfare of the nation .

The understanding of its past legacy.

The entire existence of Western Civilization is as a result of a single course of action once offered by Almighty God to reinstate satisfactorily and completely the chief criteria of the Eden of Genesis, that in the Reformation God restored the Relationship, and in the Enlightenment his Handiwork.

In the Eden of Genesis, God bestowed upon Adam, its Chief Custodian the gift of comprehension and thereby the ability to sustain the call to Duty, to maintain God’s own Handiwork. It was this call to duty, ( Genesis Chapter 2 verse 15, ) which was the ;

Original basis of the relationship between God and Humanity.

( In Eden there was no such thing as religion)

After the Fall, God took away the gift of comprehension from humanity, and cast him into the desert, that both Occupant and environment resembled the bareness of the desert.

( Genesis Chapter 3 verse 23. )

Religion is the human spirit grappling in the darkness to regain the gift of comprehension and the desire to maintain the environment. This is the reason all great and small ancient and modern civilizations at the height of all their aspirations offered the sum total of their greatest achievements to appease the true God to whom they had lost sight of.

Because of the loss of the gift of comprehension, originally given in Eden by Almighty God, all of mankind’s efforts became based upon superstition, the fear of the unknown, caused by this breach in the gift of comprehension.

The Incarnation of the Lord Jesus Christ is vital for God to accept humanity once again on God’s own terms, theologically, BUT Almighty God has once more to reinstate that gift of comprehension in order that the original call to Duty is sustained.

Thus in the Reformation, God reinstates the Relationship, through Christ via the Church.

In the Enlightenment, God reinstates the gift of comprehension, to sustain his Handiwork.

Western Civilization, in the sight of Almighty God now embraces the chief criteria of the Eden of Genesis; The basis of the Relationship between God and humanity is based upon the call to DUTY, to maintain the environment that BOTH God and humanity can reside in each other’s presence in pleasure and delight.

The conclusion to the hereditary monarchy to symbolise the Ending of this era.

The Renaissance is the prelude to the Enlightenment, the great creative force orchestrated by Almighty God to reinstate the gift of comprehension, via Science and Reason. The Europeans reflected the spontaneous nature of God’s action, in which is seen in the directness of both their character and aspirations, especially in the arts. No painting or piece of music was ever composed by a Britain which accomplished the exactness as that of a European composer of artist. ( Think of Grieg’s ‘’Morning’’ from his Peer Gynt, which captures the exactness of a universal feeling of rising to the sunlight in the morning.)

The great hallmark of the British rested upon their reserve, which is reflected again in humanities highest aspirations, the arts. This is because in Europe God demonstrated his spontaneity, in the British, he demonstrated his restraint in the strength of that initial spontaneity.

Since Henry VIII, when the Tudors exhibited the many gifts of comprehension which God was in the process of reinstating, and Elizabeth I founded the modern British state and the beginnings of the British Empire and concluding with the reign of Elizabeth II. The present Sovereign marks the Ending of this unique course of action by Almighty God.

The greatest Act of Duty to commend itself upon the present Sovereign, is to recognise that Almighty God has finished this course of action, by the symbolic Act of;

Concluding the hereditary monarchy.

This is the chief Duty of Parliament to examine this perspective and implement its findings to match the latitude and scale of this course of action by Almighty God.

The conclusion to the hereditary monarchy is likened to;

Moses’ death , Deuteronomy Chapter 34.

( Firstly ) Ref. Psalm 103, verse 7; King James Authorised Version.

He made known his ways unto Moses, his acts unto the children of Israel.

The author of this letter is applying this passage from Scripture as a metaphor to help grasp the overall meaning of Western Civilization, in this wise.

In Psalm 103, verse 7; God is revealing his ‘’ways’’ ie his laws, his character etc, to the people of Israel, through the great leadership of the figure of Moses.

The metaphor is in this wise.

In the Enlightenment and the Reformation, God effectively revealed his ‘’ways’’ as it pertains to the reinstatement of the chief criteria of the Eden of Genesis, ie to restore the gift of comprehension, the ability to maintain the environment, God’s Handiwork. In other words ‘’Moses’’ becomes the metaphor for Western Civilization, the revealed understanding of the leadership qualities for the entire world to live in the manner which God first conferred upon Adam the Chief Custodian of the Eden of Genesis.

The metaphor continues with the death of Moses in Deuteronomy 34 in which God having revealed his power and might to Moses, forbad Moses to enter the Promised Land, in which the people of Israel were to realise the fruits of that revelation. Thus the death of Moses was truly occasioned by Almighty God to literally become a sign both symbolic and actual for the conclusion of those revelations to Moses, for the sake of Israel.

This in effect equates with the symbolic Act of Duty necessary by an Act of Parliament on a constitutional basis to conclude the hereditary monarchy upon a scale which is sufficient to endorse the meaning of Western Civilization.

Thus this Conclusion will herald a new age of Elected Monarchy and the Unification of the entire Protestant Faith to Rome.

To conclude the metaphor, Joshua the son of Nun, is appointed as Moses’ successor . The authority for this succession lies in God bestowing upon Joshua the gift of discernment and wisdom to lead the people of Israel into the Promised Land.

The death of Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother is the sign in providence to endorse this unique claim.

My walk along the embankment on Monday , May 9 2002 to honour the Queen Mother, was halted at precisely 5.40pm at the very start of the Vigil. The Vigil was the most poignant act to symbolise the death of the Queen Mother, which in itself was the most poignant sign for the ending of the British Empire. The ending of empire is the most poignant event in history which carries the stature to symbolise the ending of the course of action by Almighty God to reinstate the chief criteria of the Eden of Genesis.

Almighty God has given a clear and emphatic sign in providence which carries the necessary stature that will herald this new age of deference through an elected monarch and the unification of the Protestant Faith to Rome.

The conversion of Western Civilization to Christianity and the Unification with Rome.

In the Incarnation of the Lord Jesus Christ, his life and ministry, his Crucifixion and Death, his Resurrection and Ascension, God has fully realised mankind’s salvation and laid down all the criteria for a true Relationship with him.

The forth telling of this relationship is hid in the Old Testaments, mainly via the Prophets.

The realisation of this relationship is hid in the embodiment of the Lord Jesus Christ.

The implementation of this relationship is hid in the Church.

The implementation also has an echo which resembles this three fold structure.

The forth telling ( of the implementation ) comes through Roman Catholicism.

The realisation ( of the implementation ) comes through the Reformation or Protestantism

The implementation ( of the implementation ) comes through the Unification with Rome.

In the creation of the entire fabric of Western Civilization, which in truth has its roots in the Church, the beginnings of the seat of learning, and thereby centred upon Rome, but inaugurated by the Almighty at the Enlightenment, ( its prelude in the Renaissance,) this created the Handiwork in which that Relationship resided.

Christian theology must now restart at the very point of its theological fabric, of which it has never fully prosecuted. The very existence of Almighty God can now be traced through his Handiwork, the creation of an entire civilization.

Not to do this would be rather like entering a shop or supermarket with no intention of purchasing the many products inside, but seeking only to enquire into the existence of its keeper ! The products are the evidence for his existence. The best way to keep a happy Relationship is to purchase the fruits of his Handiwork.

Translate this metaphor into what it means for the conversion of Western Civilization towards Christianity, and an inner double conversion hid in the Unification with Rome can be discerned in this realisation.

Western Civilization realises that its very existence is the result of God’s Handiwork, in which the call to Duty is made sustainable through the gift of comprehension , the ability to maintain the environment , via Science and Reason initiated at the Enlightenment.

This in itself will create the most powerful form of ‘’Relationship’’ with the Almighty, which engages both his existence as Saviour through Christ, and of his creativity through the environment the result of his Handiwork.

The conversion of Western Civilization.

The materialistic and technological nature of Western Civilization is the very accomplished result of God creating his Handiwork. When this is fully realised, humanity will possess 90% more data upon which to grasp its Relationship with the Almighty to become focused through his Handiwork.

If in religion, say the Church possess 10% of the persuasive power to draw society towards a relationship with God, its success will only be about 10% upon the population, which is about the right percentage in reality.

When the Church now calls in this new theological fabric, it will command 90% more persuasive energy in which humanity can relate to, and create a combined total of 100%

success. Western Civilization, with its profound sustainable wealth, needs desperately to find a theological and philosophical reason to justify all its wherewithal.

Conversely, Christianity desperately needs a theological and philosophical framework in which it can address an ideology which can sustain those arguments necessary which fit a God whom the Church itself consign to religion and antiquity, and thereby its own demise and obscurity.

By linking the existence of Almighty God away from religion and its association with superstition, to modern mankind the practise of an uncivilised and medieval nature, thus God is abandoned in its very initial steps of inquiry. By looking towards his Handiwork, as an Introduction to his existence, Christianity is modernised by power of theology.

Western Civilization is converted to Christianity, and Christianity is converted to Western Civilization, the two joined together will in effect ‘’ modernise and REFORM religion.’’

Christianity will be the only religion which in effect becomes secularised, and the secular nature of Western Civilization becomes true ‘’religion’’ in its most profound sense.

Thus the 10% of a dying religion Christianity, is now given 90% more power base in which to prosecute its case. The Christian Faith now has a future which will be inextricably linked to the entire future of Western Civilization, or of Democracy throughout the entire world and for all of time, its last syllable articulated through democracy and science.

All the beneficial aspects of Western Civilization have their roots in one place the Church, of that church held its roots in Rome, to which to manage such an investment in its future requires its managerial expertise. Rome acting with the will of a Protestant mind and this new modernisation of its theological fabric will inherit the Promised Land.

The political aspirations of this new theological embrace.

Western Civilization and the spread of Christianity, gave to modern Europe and the United States of America its legacy and wealth, and to the British peoples its supreme amplification in the British Empire, now distilled throughout the Commonwealth.

The impartation of this new theological fabric can inspire three chief aspirations.

The British peoples.

To understand that one’s history and existence is the very result of a course of action by Almighty God to refurbish the chief criteria of the Eden of Genesis, as addressed in this letter, will invite the highest degree of examination of a nation’s wealth and culture and give it the confidence it needs to invest in the future.

Britain has a new energy and dynamics, but it lacks a coherent vision which allies moral spirituality in the ways it expresses life styles and materialism which can confidently identify with its past greatness without feeling embarrassed, but regain that distinct sense of purpose, which one great statesmen commented that Britain without empire has lost it role. Once it is understood what made Britain great, that sense of unease which ties in religion with empire can have its rightful perspective, and give to our multicultural society the integration that it truly needs.

Christianity in Britain can once again flourish and give it the spiritual status that a modern consumer driven and technologically and entrepreneurial equipped society needs, the link between religion and society and their interdependent strengths are realised in this new vision of Eden.

Of the integration with Europe.

The political and economic wealth of Europe are the very foundations upon which British culture and history have evolved. Britain has always been a part of Europe, but with a distinct culture and economy of its own, its fullest expression gained the latitude of empire. Therefore its power base is compressed in Europe, but transfigured across the Atlantic into North America and distilled across the entire globe.

The cv. of an entire nation has a proven track record of political, social and economic success, which afford it leadership qualities in which presiding events in both Europe and America cry out for a great statesman and ambassador. Going into Europe can create that Great Statesman, staying in Europe can create a great Ambassador to the United States of America. Britain will have regained its purpose in the world and a consciousness of its own identity and function before all of humanity and the Almighty.

Of the reformation of the United Nations into a World Parliament.

Recent events has placed the United Nations into an arbitrary sparing partner, a boxer whom has the skills but not in a real state of promotion. The chief athlete in the ring has been usurped by the United States, whose power and wealth are endangering its own success. That political, social and economic greatness has its ancient roots firmly held in the creative structure of Western Civilization. The spirituality of America is greatly driven by two creative forces, its religion on a Protestant formation, and its economic wealth structured from the entrepreneurial instincts of frith and industry sprung from the spiritual vocation of the Pilgrim Fathers, anchored in the Christian Faith.

Its heritage always concealed this theological fabric, that God is indeed behind the structure of Western Civilization, transfiguring his Handiwork, into its freest form of expression in the people and the customs of the Unites States. God’s Relationship with humanity transfigured through the Christian Church.

Its success can be a mould by which a new World Parliament can emerge from the embryo of the United Nations, whose time is now come for a true modernisation. The real need for new embittered states is someone to take responsibility for nation building, the very thing which America rightly declines, and the very thing which historically, Europe and Britain have a great experience of. Empire building would be loathed by all, but the expertise of empire building can restructure the forlorn plight of regimes which desperately need all the experience and infrastructure of a modern democracy.

The starting point can be hid in a humanitarian approach, which gives the necessary zeal and political framework which calls into play all the developed nations of the world to create a World Parliament, which does this very thing, to take responsibility for nation building. An entire country could be held in a lease by this World Parliament, which creates and holds ’’direct rule’’ for the entire infrastructure of its development, for say over a sustainable period of ten years, in which investments by governments of a World Parliament and industry have a legal hold on its constitution.

A further period of say five years for a gradual withdrawal in which repayment of those initial investments are contracted over a further period of equal years. Nation building at present is left to defenceless regimes which have no real hope of succeeding. They are either left to the mercy of global companies, or further strife within. Britain, America, Europe and the developed nations of the world, for the sake of their own prosperity and security need such a vision. The transplantation of an entire civilization, is what nation building is all about. That inspiration can come from this new theological embrace, first realised in the transplantation of the Eden of Genesis into Western Civilization.

Conclusion.



Prime Minister and the Lord Chancellor, may I conclude with a direct enquiry, is it constitutional lawful for any individual in the land to consciously and responsibly of sound mind and disposition to openly advocate that he is chosen by the grace of Almighty God to be the true heir to the throne of England, firstly as a constitutional right of free speech.

Secondly, that as the constitutional monarchy is allied to the Church, and within the tradition of the Christian Faith, priests and prophets have a just voice to be heard, will the established head of the Church of England, ie the Archbishop of Canterbury attend to such a unique claim.

Thirdly as I am no expert on constitutional matters, I will continue to exercise the right of free speech and look to your active response in the light of having made it clear to you of my sense of obedience to Almighty God, my sense of Duty, to the country that I am part of and admire and wish to serve, and to honour my family.

I conclude that in no way shape or form will I advocate any unlawful approach towards the Crown, the Sovereign and the Royal Family to whom I uphold as a loyal subject. But I do intend to strive lawfully and democratically to bring about a constitutional reform of the Monarchy in the manner that I have proposed in this letter and website.

I offer you my findings in the light of what I believe Almighty God has afforded to me and ask that you consider the substance of this letter in the spirit in which it is given, of my sense of responsibility and hope, to which I look to you now for that same approach reciprocated in the best of British tradition , the right to a fair hearing.
